Chief Executive, Andrew Allen
Andrew Allen has successfully managed and developed several healthcare businesses over the past 20 years, including Cardinal Healthcare and Vanguard Healthcare Solutions.



Managing Director Radiology, Mike Leach
Mike Leach became head of Imaging, Nuffield, in August 2006, following six years with GE as Modality X-Ray Manager, Northern Europe. He spent six years in the NHS, as Radiology Directorate Manager, Royal Glamorgan Hospital.



Managing Director Pathology, Steve Joyce
Steve Joyce was Managing Director of Quest Diagnostics, the UK subsidiary of the largest US laboratory business and has more than 30 years’ high level experience in Pathology management.



Medical Director, Matt Hoghton
Dr Matt Hoghton is a practicing clinician in the NHS and has been involved in modernising day surgery, developing new clinical pathways and dealing with governance issues with the Healthcare Commission. He was clinical lead for national NHS Radiology and Pathology EDI projects.



Clinical Director, Karen Rickards
Karen has been a Project Manager and research nurse and was one of the first ‘modern matrons’ for surgery in a large district hospital.
